At Metrochic, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We are pleased to offer our customers a premium shopping experience with shipping costs fully covered by us.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase amount required. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
2. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Metrochic ships exclusively to the following countries:

3. Order Processing Time

Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

> Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and external factors.
5. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Because all our shipping destinations (Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Belgium, France) are within the European Union, there are no custom duties or import taxes charged on your order.
7. Damages and Issues
Metochic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to help. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost, please contact us immediately at hello@metrochic.eu so we can assist you in locating it.
