At Metrochic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition, free from odors, stains, or damage

  • With original tags and packaging included

Items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.


Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide free return labels.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.


Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • Up to 7 business days for us to process the return

  • 1–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or item, please return your product and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
